Sticking cylinders, loose lever handles, and misaligned strike plates are common on busy doors. We diagnose the mechanical issue, replace worn internal components, and adjust the latch and strike so the door locks smoothly.

We install new locks on hollow metal, solid wood, and aluminum storefront doors. Whether replacing a damaged residential deadbolt or fitting Grade 1 commercial levers across an office floor, we prep the door properly and mount hardware built for daily traffic.

When keys are lost, tenants move out, or employees leave, rekeying existing cylinders invalidates old keys without the cost of replacing the entire lockset. We also design and pin master key systems so building managers carry one master key while tenants access only their own space.

A lock cannot secure a door that fails to close or latch. We replace leaking hydraulic door closers, install rim and vertical-rod panic exit devices, fit full-surface continuous hinges on heavy doors, and install latch protectors and kick plates.

For staff entrances, storage rooms, and shared corridors, we install mechanical pushbutton locks, standalone electronic keypad levers, and electric strikes compatible with intercom and card systems.
